1. Who We Are
Zareviko ("we") operates the AI image and video tools service at this site. This policy explains what we collect when you use it and the choices you have. Contact us at support@zareviko.com.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: when you sign in with Google we store your email address, display name, and profile image, plus a session identifier.
- Uploaded media: the images and videos you upload, and the results generated for you, are stored in secure cloud object storage. They are processed by third-party AI model providers solely to run your generation requests.
- Credit and order data: your credit balance, credit ledger (grants, purchases, deductions, refunds), and transaction records from our payment provider.
- Basic analytics: we self-host minimal event counts (page views, signups, completed purchases) tied to an anonymous visitor identifier; no third-party ad trackers.
- Technical data: standard request logs kept for security and troubleshooting.
3. How We Use Data
To provide the service (running generations, storing your work, crediting your account), to process payments and prevent fraud, to keep the service secure, and to measure aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store your card details; we keep the resulting transaction records (amount, product, status) to maintain your credit balance and for accounting.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service: the AI model providers (the prompts and media required for your generation), Creem (payment data), and our cloud infrastructure provider. Legal requests aside, we do not disclose your personal data to anyone else.
6. Retention
Account and credit data are kept while your account is active. Uploaded and generated media are kept until you delete them or your account is deleted. You can request account deletion from the settings page; deletion removes your account record, sessions, and generation history.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
See the Cookie Policy. Local storage also keeps your in-progress generation sessions (prompt, settings, drafts) so you can resume after a refresh.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@zareviko.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
