Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Zareviko AI media tools and credits.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Zareviko ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Zareviko provides AI image and video utilities, including generation, enhancement, upscaling, and background removal. Generation runs on third-party AI models ("model providers"). Availability, quality, and speed of generation depend on those providers.

3. Your Account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract under your local law.

4. Credits and Purchases

  • Generation steps consume credits. The credit cost of each step is shown in the app before you run it.
  • New accounts receive a promotional bonus of free credits. Bonus credits have no cash value.
  • You can buy one-time credit packs through Creem (for example 120, 720, or 2400 credits). Zareviko does not sell subscriptions and there are no recurring charges.
  • Prices and tax are shown at checkout. Credits never expire.
  • A tool quote is temporary and tied to the selected asset and settings. The final credit amount is confirmed before generation.
  • When a model explicitly fails, eligible reserved credits are automatically released. If the model completes but transferring the result into Zareviko storage fails, credits are not automatically released because the paid model work was completed; Zareviko will make the storage step retryable.

5. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the materials you upload (the images and videos you upload) and, to the extent permitted by law, of the generated output. You grant Zareviko and its model providers permission to process your uploads solely to run the Service.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including the likeness of any person appearing in talent or reference photos and the content of any reference video you use. You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts real people without their consent in a misleading or harmful way.

Cleanup features may be used only on media you own or are expressly authorized to modify. The availability of a cleanup feature does not grant permission to remove copyright notices, attribution, platform branding, ownership marks, or access controls. You are responsible for retaining evidence of your authorization.

Generated videos are produced by AI models and may contain errors or artifacts. Verify output before using it commercially. Zareviko does not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or that impersonates or defames real people; do not create or attempt to generate sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind, whether involving adults or minors — adult sexual content is strictly prohibited, and any content involving or sexualizing minors is prohibited with zero tolerance — including through prompts, scripts, image or video descriptions, uploaded material, or any other input; remove ownership or attribution marks without authorization; evade platform restrictions; circumvent credit accounting, daily allowances, rate limits, or security controls; or resell access to the Service without written permission.

All prompts and text inputs are screened by automated content moderation (including the Creem Content Moderation API) before generation. Prompts that are denied or flagged by moderation are blocked and never sent to the model. Attempting to bypass, evade, or manipulate these moderation systems is itself prohibited and may result in account suspension. Model providers apply their own content policies and may refuse or remove violating content.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zareviko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
